El Instituto Estatal Electoral de Chihuahua compartió los procesos para votar en las próximas elecciones judiciales del 1 de junio, así como los diferentes tipos de color de las boletas y su significado.
Luis Gutiérrez Ruiz, consejero electoral del IEE, explicó mediante un video que para la elección judicial te vas a encontrar con tres boletas para cargos estatales, que son las correspondientes a magistraturas civiles, magistraturas penales, y magistraturas familiares, así como para el Tribunal de Disciplina, que vienen en una sola boleta.
Recordó que para ello estarán disponibles a instalarse el domingo 1 de junio, para todas las ciudadanas y ciudadanos que vivimos el estado de Chihuahua, el cual se compone por 14 distritos judiciales.
Sobre este aspecto, el consejero resaltó que respecto a la elección de juezas y jueces, existirán diferencias según el municipio en el que viva la persona que va a votar.
Por ejemplo, el Distrito Judicial en el que está Chihuahua, se compone además, por los municipios de Aldama, Aquiles Serdán, Riva Palacio, Santa Isabel, Gran Morelos, Belisario Domínguez, y Satevó.
“En este Distrito se elegirán 55 personas juzgadoras para juzgados penales: 13 para juzgados civiles, 15 para juzgados familiares, 16 para juzgados laborales, 2 para juzgados menores, y 1 persona para un Juzgado Civil Mercantil”, detalló Gutiérrez Ruiz.
En cambio, en el Distrito Judicial Jiménez, compuesto por los municipios de Jiménez, López, y Coronado, en esos tres solo se elegirá a una persona juzgadora en materia penal, y una más para un Juzgado Mixto, por lo que así aparecerá la boleta, comparó.
“Depende, entonces, de cuántos juzgados hay en el Distrito y en el municipio en el que vivimos”, recalcó el consejero del IEE.
Otra cosa que destacó el IEE, es que las boletas que vemos generalmente en las elecciones para diputaciones, ayuntamientos, alcaldías, sindicaturas, y gubernatura, es que en las boletas aparece el logotipo del partido político, pero en esta ocasión no va a ser así.
La boleta solo mostrarán los nombres de las personas candidatas en un listado, y junto a estos aparecerá un número consecutivo, que identifica a cada una de las candidaturas, al igual que unas iniciales que significan por quién fueron postuladas cada candidaturas.

PJ significa que fue postulada por el Poder Judicial
PL significa que la persona fue postulada por el Poder Legislativo
O bien habrá una combinación de más de un poder postulante, que incluya varias de estas letras.
EF quiere decir que la persona candidata estaba en funciones cuando entró en vigor esta reforma y tuvo un pase automático a la boleta, para poder ser electa.
“También en las elecciones del 1 de junio, algo que es muy importante para emitir tu voto, es que coloques en los recuadros superiores de la boleta, el número de la persona por la cual quieres votar, por ejemplo, si quieres votar por alguien cuyo número va del 1 al 9, tienes que anteponer un 0 al momento de votar, para que sea más fácil identificar por quién estás votando”, describió.
De igual manera, indicó que otra de las cuestiones que vamos a encontrar en las boletas para la elección judicial, y que son novedosas, es que se podrá elegir por especialidades.
“Lo anterior, por ejemplo, al momento de votar por alguna persona que está postulada para ser magistrada en materia penal, tendremos que ubicar cuál es la especialidad en materia penal, y esto se va a vincular con el color de la boleta, que en este caso es el color verde”, observó.
Una cosa más, que llama la atención, es el número distinto de recuadros que hay en cada boleta, como el que es para magistraturas del Tribunal de Disciplina Judicial, habrá tres recuadros para el lado de las mujeres, y dos recuadros para el lado de los hombres.
“Estas variaciones las vamos a encontrar en todas las boletas, en el caso por ejemplo de las candidaturas a los juzgados familiares para el Distrito judicial Morelos, vamos a poder elegir hasta cinco mujeres y hasta cinco hombres”, detalló.
Gutiérrez Ruiz señaló que es importante que nos familiaricemos con estas boletas, porque si bien son distintas a las que hemos ocupado en otras elecciones, son los documentos que deberán usarse para “votar adecuadamente, conforme a nuestra decisión”.
