El 4 de noviembre del año pasado, dentro del toque penal 170/2024, el Tribunal de Alzada revocó el auto de no vinculación, dictado por un juez de primera instancia, y ordenó su vinculación inmediata. Ante ello, la defensa de Ulises Bravo promovió un juicio de amparo.
El pasado 30 de abril de 2025, el recurso fue resuelto por la jueza Ana Columba Contreras Martínez, quien calificó los argumentos de la defensa como “inoperantes e infundados”. Por ello, determinó que la justicia federal no ampara ni protege a Bravo Molina.
El fallo quedó asentado en el expediente 1472/2024, en el que también se ordena notificar personalmente la resolución a todas las partes involucradas o, en su caso, hacerlo a través de los estrados del juzgado, conforme lo establece la Ley de Amparo.
