Con el propósito de impulsar el deporte como una herramienta de prevención social, la diputada de morena por el Distrito 09, Magdalena Rentería Pérez, entregó apoyos deportivos a jóvenes de distintas ligas del sur de la ciudad, a fin de fortalecer su desarrollo y alejarlos de conductas de riesgo.
La actividad se llevó a cabo en el centro comunitario del fraccionamiento Torres del Sur, sede de los juegos de postemporada de la liga local, donde la legisladora hizo entrega de balones, artículos deportivos, uniformes y trofeos a los ganadores de las diferentes categorías.
Rentería Pérez destacó que el deporte fomenta la disciplina, el trabajo en equipo y hábitos saludables entre niñas, niños y jóvenes, por lo que reiteró su compromiso de seguir respaldando este tipo de iniciativas en las colonias del sur de Ciudad Juárez.
Como parte de la jornada, la diputada también convivió con vecinos del sector durante una posada comunitaria, en la que participaron jóvenes deportistas y adultos mayores, quienes disfrutaron de bebidas calientes y los tradicionales buñuelos.
La también vicecoordinadora de la bancada de morena en el Congreso del Estado adelantó que en las próximas semanas continuará promoviendo el deporte entre las ligas activas de la ciudad, como parte de una estrategia integral de atención comunitaria.
