Con el propósito de fortalecer la inclusión académica en 541 escuelas de nivel preescolar de la ciudad de Chihuahua, la Secretaría de Educación y Deporte (SEyD), dio a conocer que su personal docente recibió una capacitación especializada para atender a niñas y niños con Trastorno del Espectro Autista (TEA).
El taller fue impartido por Yeimi Judith Olivas Jáquez, reconocida experta en el tema, que brindó herramientas, información y estrategias innovadoras a un total de 55 docentes que trabajan en las más de 500 instituciones.
Durante la sesión, la capacitadora brindó una amplia explicación sobre el TEA, sus características sociales y académicas, los grados y fases para un diagnóstico adecuado, a fin de que las y los maestros comprendan esta condición y ajusten la planeación educativa desde una perspectiva inclusiva.
Se abordaron aspectos clave sobre el autismo, su impacto en la interacción y la comunicación de quienes lo presentan y se destacó la importancia de establecer estrategias para responder a las necesidades específicas de cada estudiante y fomentar su avance académico.
Olivas Jáquez explicó que visibilizar las diferencias desde el nivel preescolar es clave para que estas se reconozcan y se aborden de manera respetuosa, e invitó al profesorado a incorporar las enseñanzas para eliminar estereotipos y promover valores como la inclusión, el respeto y la diversidad.
A su vez, Cinthia Guadalupe Arenales, jefa del Departamento de Educación Física y Acciones Transversales de Servicios Educativos del Estado de Chihuahua (SEECH), manifestó que la capacitación busca mejorar las condiciones y nivel de atención del cuerpo educativo.
La funcionaria puntualizó que crear ambientes escolares inclusivos y propicios para el desarrollo integral del estudiantado es una prioridad, por lo que SEECH continuará durante el ciclo escolar con la oferta de más talleres, pláticas y cursos dirigidos a atender la diversidad en las aulas.
