Chihuahua Chih; 22 de marzo del 2026.- Atendiendo la agenda de gestión activa en distintas regiones del estado, con énfasis en comunidades indígenas y zonas con rezago social, que mantiene, el diputado Cuauhtémoc Estrada Sotelo informó sobre los avances en las acciones realizadas a favor de la comunidad indígena de Tomochi, en el municipio de Guerrero, tras una reunión sostenida el pasado 17 de marzo con autoridades tradicionales encabezadas por la gobernadora indígena María Margarita Morales Herrera.
Entre los principales acuerdos destaca el impulso a proyectos de electrificación rural para abastecer a tres barrios de la comunidad, así como la gestión ante la Junta Central de Agua y Saneamiento para el desarrollo de infraestructura de agua potable, drenaje y alcantarillado. Como parte del seguimiento, se solicitó la presencia de personal técnico en la zona para detallar el alcance de las obras y definir su posible ejecución.
Asimismo, se revisa la incorporación de la comunidad a programas institucionales orientados a fortalecer su autosuficiencia, particularmente en materia alimentaria y productiva. Se señaló que los habitantes no han recibido apoyos relacionados con insumos agrícolas básicos como maíz y frijol, por lo que se busca facilitar su acceso a estos esquemas.
De manera inmediata, también se brindó apoyo directo mediante la entrega de 150 kilogramos de frijol a familias en situación de mayor vulnerabilidad, como parte de las acciones emergentes mientras avanzan las gestiones de infraestructura y desarrollo social.
