El Auditor Superior del Estado, Héctor Acosta Félix participó en la instalación del Sistema Estatal de Fiscalización (SEF), dentro del marco del Primer Encuentro de Órganos Internos de Control del Estado de Chihuahua.
En su intervención, el Auditor Superior mencionó la importancia de poner en marcha este sistema junto con la Secretaría de la Función Pública, Órganos Internos de Control (OICs) de los Organismos Constitucionalmente Autónomos, sindicaturas municipales y los OICs municipales; autoridades que de acuerdo a lo anunciado por el Auditor Superior, participarán próximamente en la constitución del Comité Rector del SEF.
Asimismo, destacó entre los asistentes la figura de los órganos internos de control para realizar acciones preventivas, y sanción en materia de responsabilidades administrativas, así como la de detección de actos de corrupción que pudieran ser materia penal.
Por su parte el Secretario de la Función Pública, Roberto Fierro Duarte, señaló que con la formalización se lleva a la consolidación de la integridad en Chihuahua, mientras que el presidente del Comité de Participación Ciudadana, Jesús Abdalá Yépiz destacó la labor de los OICS como fundamental para garantizar que el servicio público se conduzca con integridad en beneficio de la ciudadanía.
El evento fue organizado entre la Secretaría de la Función Pública, la Auditoría Superior del Estado y el Comité de Participación Ciudadana del Sistema Estatal Anticorrupción y tuvo como objetivo fortalecer la colaboración, la profesionalización y la coordinación entre los distintos órdenes de gobierno en materia de fiscalización, control interno y rendición de cuentas.
