La presidenta de México, Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, dejó en claro que la carpeta de investigación en contra del exgobernador de Michoacán, Silvano Aureoles, es por una denuncia que tiene desde hace varios años.
En la conferencia matutina de Palacio Nacional, Sheinbaum Pardo afirmó que dicha investigación está en manos de la Fiscalía General de la República (FGR), y que no tiene nada que ver su Gobierno.
“Es un asunto de la Fiscalía desde hace años. Esta carpeta de investigación no es un asunto del Gobierno federal, ni de la presidenta, ni del Gabinete”, refirió.
El fin de semana trascendió que Silvano Aureoles Conejo, gobernador de Michoacán, tiene una orden de aprehensión por el delito de peculado.
Cuatro funcionarios de su Administración (2015-2021) fueron detenidos y cuentan ya con prisión preventiva justificada.
Los detenidos son: Carlos Maldonado Mendoza, exsecretario de Finanzas; J. Antonio Bernal Bustamante, extitular de Seguridad Pública; Mario Delgado Murillo, exdelegado administrativo de la Secretaría de Finanzas y Administración, además de Elizabeth Villegas Pineda, exfuncionaria de la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública (SSPC).
Los cuatro excolaboradores de Aureoles Conejo son señalados por peculado, ejercicio indebido del servicio público, asociación delictuosa y lavado de dinero.
