El Gobierno Municipal, a través de la Dirección de Desarrollo Humano y Educación, invita a las y los vecinos a iniciar el año conformando un Comité de Vecinos en su colonia, una herramienta que fortalece la participación ciudadana y acerca las necesidades de las familias para una atención más efectiva y eficaz.
Los Comités de Vecinos permiten establecer un vínculo directo y constante entre la comunidad y las autoridades municipales, facilitando la gestión de mejoras, servicios y programas que impactan de manera positiva en cada colonia.
Estos comités se conforman de acuerdo con las necesidades de cada zona y están integrados por una Mesa Directiva de al menos siete personas: Presidencia, Secretaría General y Tesorería; tres suplentes y un Secretario de Seguridad Pública.
Para iniciar el proceso de conformación, las y los interesados pueden comunicarse al 072 o al 614 -248-00-00, extensiones 6551 y 6536, con atención directa del Departamento de Comités de Vecinos, en un horario de lunes a jueves de 8:30 a 15:30 horas, y viernes de 8:30 a 14:00 horas.
Una vez realizado el primer contacto, el Departamento de Comités de Vecinos se encargará de:
- Llevar a cabo una reunión informativa con las y los vecinos, donde se explicarán las funciones del comité, el proceso de conformación y los canales de comunicación con el Gobierno Municipal.
- Emitir las convocatorias necesarias para la celebración de una Asamblea General.
- Apoyar en la creación de planillas, con la participación de al menos el 50% más uno de los domicilios de la colonia.
- Establecer la planilla ganadora y gestionar el Acta Constitutiva que acredita formalmente al comité.
Formar parte de un Comité de Vecinos brinda beneficios importantes, como el acceso oportuno a información y actividades municipales a través de WhatsApp, incluyendo convocatorias a concursos como Ecovecino y Altares de Muertos, así como avisos relevantes sobre recarpeteo, bacheo, Destilichadero y otros programas del Gobierno Municipal.
Cabe destacar que el Departamento de Comités de Vecinos de la Dirección de Desarrollo Humano y Educación es el único encargado de conformar estos comités en la ciudad, y que las gestiones se realizan exclusivamente a través de las mesas directivas de cada colonia.
