La Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua, a través del Centro Cultural Universitario Quinta Gameros, invita a la comunidad a disfrutar de la exposición individual “Fisionomía de la Memoria” de la pintora Frida Vargas. La muestra permanecerá abierta al público hasta el 26 de enero de 2025.
La exhibición está compuesta por 19 pinturas que exploran el tema del retrato desde una perspectiva abstracta, transformando la representación tradicional en una evocación de emociones, texturas y fragmentos de la memoria.
Las obras no buscan retratar rostros específicos, sino representar cómo las experiencias pasadas moldean nuestras percepciones. Los colores, formas y figuras en cada cuadro reconstruyen los recuerdos, presentando un estilo característico que distingue el trabajo de Frida Vargas.
Cada pieza es descrita como un “mapa emocional” que transforma la memoria en un cuerpo vivo, cambiante y profundo. Estas pinturas invitan al espectador a reflexionar sobre la conexión entre lo que somos, lo que recordamos y lo que imaginamos ser.
