Juez ordena prisión preventiva contra exfuncionario en el gobierno de Blanco

La Fiscalía Especializada en Combate a la Corrupción (FECC) presentó ante un juez de control a Dionisio Emanuel “N”, exdirector del Fideicomiso del Lago de Tequesquitengo en la administración de Cuauhtémoc Blanco (2018 y 2024) y extesorero del Ayuntamiento de Cuautla.

En 2025 la fiscalía estatal informó que tras el cateo en una propiedad del exalcalde, localizaron restos humanos, rastros de sangre y cráneos en vasijas de barro.

El agente del Ministerio Público especializado formuló la imputación por peculado agravado y ejercicio abusivo de funciones, conductas que, según la investigación, generaron un detrimento económico al erario municipal.

El juez de control ordenó la medida cautelar de prisión preventiva mientras se determina la vinculación a proceso. La medida se basó en asegurar la comparecencia del imputado durante la fase de investigación luego de permanecer un año prófugo.
