El Instituto Municipal de las Mujeres (IMM) presentó una campaña enfocada en la identificación y prevención de distintos tipos de violencia contra las mujeres, especialmente aquellas que muchas veces pasan desapercibidas o no se nombran con frecuencia debido a su normalización o minimización.
El evento se llevó a cabo en el jardín del Museo de Arqueología de El Chamizal, donde las asistentes recibieron información e insumos para difundir y replicar los contenidos de la campaña en distintos espacios laborales, comunitarios y educativos. Entre los materiales entregados se encuentran tabloides informativos, así como stickers y llaveros con un código QR que dirige a una página web con información adicional.
A través de este sitio, las usuarias pueden acceder a un cuestionario para identificar si están viviendo algún tipo de violencia, así como a un chatbot que brinda orientación y responde dudas las 24 horas del día.
El evento fue encabezado por Elvira Urrutia Castro, directora general del Instituto Municipal de las Mujeres, quien estuvo acompañada por la síndica municipal Ana Carmen Estrada y por Abigail Bolaños, coordinadora del medio de comunicación digital Entérate Mujer, así como por integrantes del equipo del IMM y representantes de algunas colectivas feministas de la ciudad.
Durante su intervención, Urrutia Castro agradeció a las asistentes por sumarse a esta iniciativa y recordó que las mujeres de la ciudad cuentan con un Instituto que les acompaña. “No están solas”, expresó.
La campaña es resultado de una colaboración coordinada entre la Coordinación General de Comunicación Social, encabezada por Carlos Israel Nájera Payán, el Instituto Municipal de las Mujeres y el medio digital Entérate Mujer.
