Con el objetivo de avanzar en un marco legal que regule los alcances y riesgos del uso de la inteligencia artificial, la diputada Brenda Ríos, del grupo parlamentario de Morena, presentó ante el Congreso del Estado una iniciativa para la conformación de una mesa técnica especializada.
La propuesta busca reunir a expertos en la materia, académicos y especialistas en tecnologías emergentes, con el fin de analizar el impacto de la inteligencia artificial y generar un proyecto de ley que responda a los retos actuales.
“Es fundamental escuchar a quienes conocen el tema para crear una legislación que permita medir sus alcances, prevenir delitos y posibles riesgos, pero siempre con una visión de progreso y desarrollo para Chihuahua”, señaló la legisladora.
Ríos subrayó que la inteligencia artificial representa una herramienta transformadora, pero que también requiere atención legislativa para garantizar su correcto aprovechamiento en beneficio de la sociedad.
Con esta iniciativa, la diputada reiteró su compromiso con la innovación tecnológica y la construcción de un marco normativo que coloque a Chihuahua a la vanguardia en la materia.
