Durante noviembre el Gobierno del Estado de Chihuahua ofrecerá descuentos del 90% en adeudos vehiculares de 2023 y años anteriores, anunció el secretario de Hacienda, Jesús José Granillo Vázquez.
La estrategia es parte del programa denominado Borrón y Cuenta Nueva, y para este concepto, también aplicará una reducción del 80% a lo largo de diciembre, y de 75% en enero, precisó.
“Buscamos que la población cuente con estas oportunidades de pagar, sin afectar su economía familiar, razón por la cual mantenemos el programa de convenios para pagar en plazos, los adeudos vehiculares, con un anticipo del 20% del total del adeudo”, resaltó.
Como novedad, el titular de la Secretaría de Hacienda del Estado, informó que este sábado 2 de noviembre se publicó un decreto en el Periódico Oficial del Estado (POE) en el que se autoriza un descuento de 50% en el cambio de propietario, a deudores del 2022 y que no pagaron placas en el ‘22 y anteriores, o a quienes las pagaron y no han podido hace el cambio.
Todos estos descuentos ya se encuentran cargados en el sistema, de manera que ya mismo se pueden pagar, en diferentes modalidades, como a través de mensaje en la página de Facebook, del número oficial de WhatsApp el 614-372-1700, kioscos de la página e-pagos, donde ademas se descarga la referencia para pagar en bancos y tiendas de autoservicio.
Indicó que el padrón vehicular en la entidad, es de 1 millón 900 mil vehículos, de los cuales poco más de 1 millón 200 mil están al corriente en sus pagos, mientras que la diferencia de alrededor de menos de 700 mil no han pagado.
“Tal vez porque arrastran adeudos y esperan el periodo de descuentos, o porque son unidades que ya no estén en el estado y no hicieron la baja precautoria”, consideró el funcionario.
Tan solo en la campaña de descuentos pasada, que abarcó noviembre y diciembre de 2023, y enero de 2024, la Secretaría de Hacienda recaudó 400 millones de pesos por este concepto.
Comentó que se han identificado 40 mil vehículos en circulación, que portan placas anteriores a las actualmente vigentes, debido a que no han hecho el canje, en tanto que hay otros 90 mil “regularizados” aunque sin haber acudido a hacer el alta en el padrón oficial.
Borrón y Cuenta Nueva también abarca las multas y recargos estatales, tanto en las de ejecución estatales de 2024, como en las anteriores, y para los recargos estatales anteriores de control vehicular 2015 y anteriores, así como para el adeudo de control vehicular del 2023 y anteriores, hasta el 2016.
Para las infracciones a la ley de tránsito, exceptuando las catalogadas como “graves”, hay un 65% de descuento en noviembre, un 55% en diciembre, y un 55% en enero 2025.
En adeudos de multas y recargos en impuestos estatales, se ofrece un 90% en noviembre, un 75% en diciembre, y un 70% en enero de 2025.
La estrategia beneficiará al sector del transporte público, pues permite descuentos del 60% o 50%, al precio de los exámenes toxicológicos para choferes, revisión física de vehículos y revisión anual, así como en las multas que tengan, con montos del 65%, o 55%, según el mes en el que paguen.
En el caso de las multas y recargos en licencias de gobernación, permite un 70% de descuento en noviembre, 55% en diciembre, y 55% en enero 2025, así como en el caso de expedición de licencias.
