“El (impacto) económico es uno, pero el que tiene que ver con seguridad, con mantener registros, con mantener actualizado el padrón de conductores, de saber quién es el que está conduciendo un vehículo y todo lo que está alrededor de eso, yo creo que es la SSPE la encargada de poder opinar al respecto de esta parte”, explicó.
