Ciudad Juárez, Chih; 23 de noviembre del 2024.- En reunión de comisiones unidas de Seguridad y Gobernación presididas por la Regidora Mireya Porras y Antonio Domínguez, esta mañana se llevó a cabo la primera mesa de trabajo para analizar el exhorto del Congreso del Estado en relación con la modificación del Reglamento de Tránsito de la ciudad. De manera económica los diputados llegaron al primer acuerdo de multar a los automovilistas que se “metan” a las líneas de los cruces internacionales sin tomar su respectivo lugar en las filas. Después de 2 horas de análisis del problema, se acordó continuar con el estudio el próximo martes 26 de noviembre.
Además de los Coordinadores de ambas comisiones estuvo en la reunión el Director de Vialidad Cesar Tapia Martínez, la Diputada Local María Antonieta Pérez Reyes así como personal jurídico de Derechos Humanos, de Justicia Cívica, de Sria. De Seguridad Publica, así como asesores de los regidores.
La coincidencia entre todos los presentes es que es urgente regular jurídicamente el problema que se genera a diario en los puentes internacionales, agravándose cada vez mas dado que el cruce a El Paso alcanza diariamente los 30,000 automóviles.
El objetivo principal de esta reforma es el de crear una cultura de respeto a las autoridades, pero sobre todo a los ciudadanos que sin importarles los demás automovilistas alteran el orden diariamente generando hasta actos de violencia entre estos.
“Debemos erradicar esa falta de ética y respeto de parte de los ciudadanos que de manera normal violentan la paz y el orden en las líneas de los puentes”, comento finalmente la Diputada Local promovente María Antonieta Pérez Reyes.
Se planea tener el proyecto terminado para votación en el Cabildo antes de que finalice el mes de diciembre comentaron los regidores.
