El diputado y coordinador de la Bancada Naranja de Movimiento Ciudadano, Francisco Sánchez Villegas, ofreció apoyo jurídico al padre biológico del niño Jasiel Giovanny, para garantizar que el asesinato de este menor no quede impune.
“Le ofrezco al padre biológico de Jasiel todo mi apoyo, mi asesoría jurídica integral, completa,para acompañarlo en esta batalla jurídica para no tolerar, no permitir que este sádico se burle, no solamente de su familia, sino de los chihuahuenses y del sistema de justicia”, declaró.
Francisco Sánchez remarcó que hoy en la audiencia de imputación en contra del padrastro del menor, la Fiscalía General del Estado debe pedir que la medida cautelar de prisión preventiva sea modificada y la cumpla en un cereso varonil.
“El monstruo, el sádico que privó de la vida al niño Jasiel Giovanny, quiere ser tratado con privilegios, quiere que le demos un trato con delicadeza. La Fiscalía general del estado debe pedir que la medida cautelar de prisión la cumpla en un cereso varonil y no uno femenil como actualmente de manera aberrante se le ha concedido”, sentenció.
Además, el legislador chihuahuense informó que ya presentó una queja ante la Comisión de Derechos Humanos para que defienda a las víctimas y no a los criminales y este detenido cumpla su pena en un penal varonil y no ponga en peligro a los hijos de las reclusas del penal femenil.
