Será en cumplimiento a la orden emitida por un juez.
Esto ocurre derivado del proceso penal abierto por la muerte de 40 personas y más de 20 heridos en el estado de Chihuahua por un incendio producido luego de que el excomisionado no supervisara que el personal levara acabo sus funciones correspondientes.
