Hace un par de días encontraron tres cadáveres en una carroza de una pseudo funeraria llamada Del Carmen, entonces eso te dice qué no fue la omisión de un solo funcionario, fue una omisión de todo una estructura de gobierno como Coespris, la Secretaría de Salud, que dieron pie a esta negligencia de la cual derivó que las funerarias y el crematorio estuvieran haciendo un negocio turbio inmoral’ reclamó la legisladora juarense.
Agregando que al paso de las semanas, Gobierno del Estado y la Fiscalía Estatal no han mostrado interés ni capacidad para resolver la gran pesadilla que vive Ciudad Juárez, ‘han podido identificar a nueve o 10, imaginémonos cuanto tiempo se va a llevar identificar a 400, no tiene la capacidad pero tampoco no ha hecho algo diferente para tener esa respuesta que los familiares demandan’.
Recordó que en días pasados llevó ante el Congreso un exhorto para que el médico Luis Carlos Tarín titular de la Comisión estatal para la Protección Contra Riesgos Sanitarios (Coespris) y el abogado Gilberto Baeza titular de la Secretaría de Salud, se les retirara de sus cargos, en tanto Fiscalía del Estado investigara el caso, pero diputados afines votaron en contra.
Por último la congresista apuntó que si no hay capacidad de gobierno estatal para resolver el problema, se deberá de solicitar a autoridades federales a que entren a investigar, y se le finque responsabilidad a funcionarios omisos, pero sobre todo que cooperen en identificar al total de cadáveres.
