- Tetada masiva, charlas, lactarios móviles y campañas de sensibilización durante todo agosto
H. Ciudad de Chihuahua, Chih., a 1 de agosto de 2025.- En el marco de la Campaña Mundial de la Lactancia Materna 2025, el Gobierno Municipal de Chihuahua, puso en marcha una agenda de actividades durante el mes de agosto enfocadas en la promoción, defensa y visibilización del derecho a una lactancia materna digna, segura y respetada.
En esta agenda interviene el Instituto Municipal de las Mujeres (IMM), el DIF Municipal, el Instituto de Municipal de Prevención y Atención a la Salud (IMPAS) y el Instituto Municipal de Pensiones (IMPE), que, con el lema internacional “Demos prioridad a la lactancia: construyamos sistemas de apoyo sostenibles”, se busca reforzar el compromiso para crear entornos laborales, familiares y comunitarios más empáticos con las mujeres lactantes.
Principales actividades de la agenda municipal:
- El miércoles 6 de agosto se llevará a cabo la charla “Prioricemos la lactancia construyendo sistemas de apoyo sostenible”, sobre leyes y derechos laborales en torno a la lactancia materna, en el séptimo piso del Edificio Eloy S. Vallina, a las 13:00 horas.
- El sábado 9 de agosto se celebrará la Tetada Masiva, octava edición 2025, con la asociación “Raíces Maternas”, en el Centro Deportivo Tricentenario a las 10:00 horas, como acto simbólico de visibilización y apoyo al derecho de amamantar en libertad.
- Finalmente, el viernes 15 de agosto se realizará la inauguración de los lactarios móviles en la Plaza de Armas, a las 10:30 horas, con el fin de promover el acceso a una lactancia digna, segura y accesible en cualquier lugar.
Además, durante todo el mes de agosto, se ofrecerán charlas en empresas sobre sensibilización y derechos en torno a la lactancia en entornos laborales, así como una campaña informativa en redes sociales para dar a conocer los lactarios ubicados en distintas dependencias del Gobierno Municipal.
Las empresas y organizaciones interesadas en recibir estas charlas pueden comunicarse al 072 extensión 2604 o 2615, en un horario de lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 3:00, donde el Departamento de “IMM en tu Empresa” brindará el acompañamiento necesario para llevar esta capacitación a sus instalaciones.
Con estas acciones, el Gobierno Municipal reafirma su compromiso con la salud, igualdad y bienestar de las mujeres, niñas y niños, construyendo una ciudad más incluyente, empática y consciente del valor de la lactancia materna.
