Para el crecimiento económico, recalcó, es necesaria la inversión pública y privada, así como mayores cadenas de valor. Enfatizó que la meta no es un mayor crecimiento económico, sino que haya bienestar en la población, para lo cual expuso que se requiere que se traduzca a mejores salarios. “Si no hay buenos salarios, por más que haya empleo, no va a haber bienestar”, agregó.
Entre los temas que abordó en su “mañanera” de este martes, dijo que, “cuando el salario es más alto se distribuyen las ganancias al trabajador y no sólo a los dueños de producción, por eso nuestra insistencia del aumento al salario y la seguridad social”.
Además, al referirse a una encuesta publicada en un periódico de circulación nacional, que la coloca con una aprobación de la población del 72 por ciento, consideró que “es por estar cerca de la gente y no perder los principios”. Además, apuntó: “Y miren que tuvimos un año, el 2025, de mucha ofensiva mediática y en redes”.
A la vez, destacó que “la cantidad de noticias falsas que hay en las redes, de notas, de información, es cada vez mayor, y con la inteligencia artificial, es algo para el debate de todos de cómo garantizamos el derecho a la información y la veracidad”.
