Como parte del proceso de apoyo que realiza el Municipio en dicho tema, el edil dijo que se dará seguimiento para acompañar el proceso de las querellas.
Una vez que los colonos del fraccionamiento Monte Xenit interpongan las denuncias, el Gobierno Municipal, interpondrá las complementarias como tercero interesado, mismas que serán por la vía civil en el caso del director de obra y también por vía penal.
