El Diputado Federal por Chihuahua y Presidente del Partido Revolucionario Institucional en el estado, Alex Domínguez, presentó de manera oficial ante el Congreso de la Unión, una iniciativa de reforma a la Ley General de Educación con el objetivo de proteger de forma justa, digna y legal a maestras, maestros y personal educativo frente a situaciones de conflicto, riesgo o denuncias dentro del entorno escolar.
Esta propuesta surge como respuesta a los múltiples testimonios de trabajadoras y trabajadores de la educación que han sido afectados por acusaciones infundadas, procesos injustos o decisiones arbitrarias por parte de autoridades escolares, sin contar con acompañamiento legal ni protocolos claros para su defensa.
Con esta iniciativa, Alex Domínguez busca establecer un “Protocolo Nacional de Prevención, Atención y Resolución de Situaciones de Riesgo, Violencia o Conflicto Escolar”, que brinde protección tanto a los estudiantes como al personal docente, administrativo y de apoyo.
OBJETIVOS DEL PROTOCOLO PROPUESTO:
- Garantizar la seguridad e integridad de estudiantes y del personal que labora en las escuelas.
- Atender de forma inmediata y proporcional situaciones de violencia, accidentes o denuncias dentro o fuera del plantel escolar.
- Proteger los derechos humanos y laborales de maestras y maestros, asegurando el respeto al debido proceso y la presunción de inocencia.
- Brindar asesoría legal, apoyo psicológico y acompañamiento administrativo a las personas involucradas.
- Crear una instancia confiable para que el personal educativo pueda denunciar abusos o violaciones a sus derechos.
- Capacitar constantemente a directivos y autoridades escolares para que sepan cómo actuar correctamente ante situaciones delicadas o de conflicto.
La iniciativa también contempla la participación directa del magisterio en la elaboración de este protocolo, así como la obligación de las autoridades locales para implementarlo en sus respectivos estados.
Para el PRI la educación de calidad implica también el respeto de los derechos de todas las personas que forman parte de la comunidad educativa, sin criminalizar al magisterio ni permitir injusticias, concluyó Domínguez.
