María Elena Pérez Jaén, diputada suplente del Partido Acción nacional (PAN), acudió a la Fiscalía General de la República (FGR) para presentar 37 denuncias penales contra el senador Adán Augusto López, por presunto quebranto de 700 millones de pesos.
Dio a conocer que las denuncias derivan de auditorías de la Auditoría Superior de la Federación, que señalan un posible quebranto de 700 millones de pesos al erario durante su gestión como gobernador de Tabasco.
Cabe recordar que hace unos días, María Elena Pérez Jaén presentó, en calidad de ciudadana, una solicitud de juicio político a Adán Augusto acusándolo de presuntamente haber encubierto y beneficiado, cuando fue gobernador, redes criminales en Tabasco, en particular a “La Barredora”.
