Tiene que quedar muy claro, porque nosotros combatimos a la delincuencia organizada en el marco de la ley y fortalecemos las capacidades de investigación e inteligencia que es uno de nuestros ejes para poder, en el marco del código penal, del sistema acusatorio, sancionar a cualquiera que haya cometido un ilícito”.
La jefa del Ejecutivo destacó que en el caso de El Mayo la discusión no debe centrarse en “si alguien está defendiendo a una persona o no, porque no es el caso; lo que estamos planteando es que todo debe ser en el marco de la ley, buscamos siempre en el marco de la Constitución y de las leyes, y buscamos siempre cumplir con todo ello”.
La presidenta remarcó que su administración trabaja para evitar el tráfico de drogas, en particular el fentanilo. “No queremos que llegue el fentanilo a Estados Unidos, a México y a ningún lugar de manera ilegal”.
Asimismo, dijo, se busca disminuir los homicidios y los delitos de alto impacto en el país.
