Al asegurar que el Instituto Nacional Electoral (INE) está listo para organizar las elecciones del año próximo, con las disposiciones que apruebe el Legislativo, la consejera presidenta Guadalupe Taddei subrayó la petición de este órgano para que la elección judicial se realice, preferiblemente, en 2028, lo mismo que la revocación de mandato.
Confió en que muy pronto sea enviada la iniciativa de reforma que aborde puntos básicos de la elección de juzgadores, y manifestó que aplazar esa contienda y la consulta “convendría sobre todo a la ciudadanía”, dijo en entrevista.
Ayer, integrantes de la Junta General Ejecutiva del INE se reunieron para continuar con el análisis de los posibles impactos operativos y de reglamentación de la iniciativa de reforma político-electoral que se votará la semana próxima en el Senado de la República.
La Jornada publicó el viernes un resumen del documento base en el que se abordan decenas de repercusiones de los eventuales cambios contenidos en el llamado plan B, tanto a nivel interno –salarios, atención a demandas laborales y ajuste de una serie de normas, por ejemplo– así como de los retos para realizar y coordinar, en un mismo día, tres tipos de elecciones y, además, un ejercicio de participación ciudadana.
Consultada al respecto, Taddei aseguró que en el INE “están listos para trabajar en torno a lo que significa la reforma”; sin embargo, “¿qué digo que le extraño a este plan B?, la fecha de la celebración de la elección judicial.
“Espero que aparte de esta reforma del plan B, sea enviada en muy breve tiempo una iniciativa de reforma adicional que tenga que ver con el Poder Judicial de la Federación y que establezca algunas correcciones a lo que ya vivimos (en 2025), por ejemplo, la celebración del ejercicio que pudiera ser en otra fecha, y otros aspectos como el trabajo que hizo el Comité de Evaluación del Senado, el cual fue con mucha presión, con premura, pero hay muchas áreas de mejora en términos operativos”, expuso.

Un comentario similar dio respecto a la revocación de mandato, establecido en la Constitución para someter a consideración de la ciudadanía la gestión de la presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum.
“El INE está preparado; ya estamos trabajando con todos los estados, las áreas, para actuar de manera inmediata (pero) yo resaltaría los tiempos: eso nos coloca en una situación diferente (…) hay voces que señalan que no es compatible hacer todos los ejercicios al mismo tiempo, por cansancio de la ciudadanía, por falta de claridad, por temas operativos”, señaló durante un receso de la reunión de los principales funcionarios del órgano.
En tanto, fuentes consultadas revelaron que aunque había una cita de integrantes del INE con senadores, programada para mañana (lunes), precisamente para exponer los puntos de vista como los mencionados, esta no se realizará por razones de agenda de los 11 consejeros.
