En chihuahua somos el segundo estado con llamadas al 911 por violencia hacia la mujer, estamos por arriba de la media nacional de mujeres mayores de 15 años que han sufrido violencia en su vida, según el INEGI.
Por lo que la Dirigente Estatal del PT, Tania Aguilar, hizo un llamado a las personas dentro de las estructuras gubernamentales que trabajan en buscar atender las violencias contra las mujeres a, visibilizar otras acciones, pues con lo realizado, no se ha logrado disminuir las violencias, sino solamente cubrir requisitos burocráticos esto, en el marco del Día Internacional de la Erradicación de las Violencias Contra las Mujeres.
Añadió que el PT de Chihuahua suscribe la campaña “Es tiempo de mujeres sin violencia” impulsada por la presidenta, la Doctora Claudia Sheinbaum como parte de las acciones para garantizar la igualdad sustantiva, que ya está establecida en la Constitución.
Esta estrategia consiste en construir redes de apoyo entre mujeres y poner en marcha una jornada nacional para conocer cómo protegerlas de la violencia, además de fortalecer los programas de apoyo con perspectiva de género.
Finaliza comentando que el Partido del Trabajo, en sus visitas con líderes y militantes, se trabaja para fomentar la igualdad y visibilizar el trabajo de las mujeres.
