El Presidente Municipal, Cruz Pérez Cuéllar, informó que se mantiene un fuerte operativo por parte de la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública Municipal (SSPM) en toda la ciudad, ante los hechos delictivos que se han registrado en la ciudad en las últimas horas.
Mencionó que actualmente se cuenta con ocho detenidos y, hasta el momento, toda la información indica que es un tema de narcomenudeo.
Indicó que las personas detenidas quedan a disposición de la Fiscalía General del Estado de Chihuahua para que determinen las causas.
Dijo que es una situación muy lamentable, por ello la SSPM trabaja muy duro para contener la problemática.
Reiteró que la corporación policiaca en su totalidad está atenta a estos hechos y se han modificado algunos patrullajes, además mantienen plena coordinación con las fuerzas estatales y federales.
Es una situación que se está combatiendo y por ello ya se cuenta con ocho personas detenidas, añadió.
Dijo que se trata de enfrentamientos entre grupos criminales que no afectan la actividad ordinaria de la población; por ello los eventos públicos que se tienen programados para el fin de semana no tienen ninguna razón para que se vean afectados.
Es un tema entre bandas del crimen organizado, si fuera en otro sentido los primeros en dar a conocer la información a los ciudadanos seríamos nosotros, enfatizó
