Con la presencia de 48 titulares de Sindicaturas de diversos municipios del estado, este viernes se llevó a cabo el Primer Encuentro Estatal de Sindicaturas para el periodo 2024-27, “Hacia la Profesionalización”, organizado por la Síndica de Chihuahua, Olivia Franco.
En total fueron 86 personas asistentes, entre los que destacó la presencia del Alcalde de Manuel Benavides, Leonel Galindo Carrasco, quien acudió a esta primera jornada de capacitación.
Para esta primera edición de la reunión estatal de Síndicas y Síndicos, se contó con capacitación en temas trascendentales como la Entrega-Recepción, Declaración Patrimonial y Arranque de actividades en materia Jurídica, Técnica, Contable y Financiera en donde revisaron las acciones necesarias en Comités y Comisiones, así como la elaboración de Dictámenes de Factibilidad.
En cuanto al área de Auditoría contable, se vieron los temas de Corte de caja, Ley de Ingresos y Presupuesto de Egresos, mientras que en el área de Obra Pública se abordaron temas como Licitaciones, Comité de Obras y la Inspección de obra.
Aspectos generales como son el trabajo en campo, la elaboración del Informe de Irregularidades y del Informe Trimestral, también fueron temas de la sesión.
“Es muy importante que todos los que tenemos el honor de encabezar las Sindicaturas en nuestros respectivos municipios tengamos las mismas herramientas para llevar a cabo un trabajo homogéneo, y por eso estas capacitaciones son particularmente para Sindicaturas, pero a petición de los mismos, las abrimos para todo funcionariado que desee acompañarles”, indicó Olivia Franco.
La Síndica de Chihuahua arrancó de esta manera con las jornadas “Hacia la Profesionalización”, que durante la administración anterior llevó a cabo 13 eventos en diferentes puntos del estado, todos con la finalidad de capacitar a Síndicas y Síndicos de todos los rincones de Chihuahua, así como a sus colaboradores.
