La Secretaría General de Gobierno, a través de la Operadora de Transporte (OTV), informa que este viernes 14 de febrero se reanuda la operación de los módulos de credencialización del sistema Bowí, tras la suspensión temporal por mantenimiento del sistema.
Los módulos habilitados son: Terminal Norte, Terminal Sur, Estación Juan Escutia y Estación Catedral, en horario de lunes a viernes de 9 a.m. a 4:45 p.m., y sábado 9 a.m. a 2:40 p.m.
En estos espacios, las y los usuarios pueden tramitar tarjetas preferenciales, así como resolver incidencias relacionadas con el sistema de credenciales.
El Gobierno del Estado reafirma su compromiso con un servicio de transporte eficiente, accesible y en constante mejora para la comunidad chihuahuense.
