El Presidente Pérez Cuéllar, acompañado de Claudia Curiel de Icaza, Secretaria de Cultura del Gobierno de México; Jean Aguilera, hijo del “divo de Juárez; la regidora Karla Michaeel Escalante Ramírez y Felipe Rojas, quien ha sido un aliado en esta clase de eventos, dijo que este evento se presenta gracias a los esfuerzos de la Presidenta de la República, Claudia Sheinbaum.
El alcalde afirmó que Juan Gabriel es un verdadero patrimonio de Juárez porque representa el esfuerzo, la lucha y el compromiso de salir adelante a pesar de todas las adversidades
