“La criminalización de los migrantes es un acto de poca humanidad”, dijo la mandataria mexicana, luego de que el el Presidente electo de Chile, José Antonio Kast, prometió deportar migrantes.
Reveló que es necesario haber cooperación para el desarrollo y al mismo tiempo la protección de las personas en movimiento, y siempre dar una alternativa.
