El Instituto Estatal Electoral de Chihuahua (IEE) decretó la cancelación registro como partido político, de México Republicano Chihuahua (MRCH), en virtud de no haber obtenido por lo menos el 3% de la votación válida emitida en las elecciones de integrantes de ayuntamientos y diputaciones celebradas, el pasado 2 de junio.
Durante la 10a. Sesión Ordinaria, el Consejo Electoral explicó que de acuerdo con los datos arrojados en el Sistema de Cómputos, la votación válida emitida para dicho partido en la elección de diputaciones fue de 18,049 sufragios, equivalente al 1.18%.
Respecto a la de ayuntamientos MRCH logró 17,616 votos, equivalente al 1.15%, y para sindicaturas obtuvo 14,178, que representa el 0.93%, lo cual que “son porcentajes resultaron insuficientes para mantener el registro”.
Por lo anterior, con fundamento en el artículo 116 numeral IV, inciso f), de la Constitución federal; y 94, numeral 1, incisos b), de la Ley de Partidos, el Consejo Estatal declaró este viernes la pérdida de registro de México Republicano Chihuahua como partido político local, y, por tanto, pierde todos los derechos y prerrogativas establecidas en la Constitución federal, la Ley de Partidos, la Ley Electoral y demás normativa aplicable.
