La Comisión de Hacienda y Presupuesto del Congreso del Estado, presidida por el diputado Jorge Soto, declaró un receso con el propósito de que las y los integrantes puedan analizar con mayor detalle las propuestas presentadas por los municipios para definir las Tablas de Valores municipales y detallar el Paquete Económico 2026.
Soto señaló que la Comisión ha sesionado durante las últimas semanas, en un proceso que ha incluido comparecencias, capacitaciones, revisión técnica y observaciones de todas las bancadas. El objetivo, afirmó, es construir dictámenes sólidos y con el mayor consenso posible.
“Queremos lograr el mayor consenso posible, particularmente en un tema tan sensible como las Tablas de Valores, que son la base para el cálculo del Impuesto Predial y una pieza crucial para las finanzas de los municipios”, comentó.
El legislador precisó que el receso permitirá revisar a profundidad los aspectos de forma y fondo de cada propuesta municipal, cuidando que no existan riesgos legales, cobros extraordinarios o vacíos que puedan afectar la operación recaudatoria de los ayuntamientos. El énfasis, agregó, está en preservar la autonomía municipal sin perder de vista la responsabilidad hacendaria.
La Comisión retomará trabajos en los próximos días para continuar con el análisis de las Tablas de Valores, la integración de las Leyes de Ingresos municipales y la ruta final del Paquete Económico estatal 2025.
