La Secretaría de Educación y Deporte (SEyD), y la Junta Municipal de Agua y
Saneamiento (JMAS), acordaron la implementación del programa “Aguardianes” en planteles de educación Básica de la capital, para sensibilizar sobre el cuidado del agua a más de 157 mil estudiantes.
La actividad llegará a más de 1,000 planteles de los subsistemas estatal y federal, e incluye a docentes, directivos, madres y padres de familia.
El documento fue suscrito por el titular de la SEyD, Francisco Hugo Gutiérrez
Dávila; el subsecretario de Educación Básica, Lorenzo Arturo Parga Amado y el
director ejecutivo de la JMAS Chihuahua, Alan Jesús Falomir Sáenz.
Gutiérrez Dávila destacó el valor que tiene este acuerdo, ya que busca impulsar, promover y crear una mayor conciencia en las niñas, niños y adolescentes
chihuahuenses sobre el cuidado del vital líquido.
“Es importante seguir fomentando los valores del cuidado del recurso hídrico entre las y los estudiantes de los diversos niveles, para que, a su vez, ese mensaje sea transmitido a su entorno familiar”, comentó.
Falomir Sáenz explicó que personal del programa “Aguardianes” acudirá
directamente a las escuelas, para guiar al alumnado en su registro a la plataforma, en la que podrán reportar fugas, desperdicio o falta de agua y enviar evidencia sobre acciones positivas en torno a su buen uso.
Por su parte, Parga Amado comentó que esta acción será de gran impacto en la
niñez, al despertar una conciencia temprana, hábitos y responsabilidad, efecto multiplicador y protección del medio ambiente.
