El exgobernador de Michoacán, Silvano Aureoles ya tiene fecha para presentarse ante la juez de control que ordenó detenerlo para escuchar la imputación que la Fiscalía General de la República (FGR) tiene en su contra por el desfalco de más de 3 mil millones de pesos en la entidad.
De acuerdo con los estrados judiciales el Centro de Justicia Penal Federal del Reclusorio Norte informó a la juez Noveno de Distrito en materia Penal en la Ciudad de México, Jovita Vargas Alarcón, que Aureoles ya acudió a dicho recinto para darse por enterado de la orden de captura en su contra.
La juez Vargas resolverá el expediente 441/2025 que contiene el amparo que Aureoles tramitó contra dicha orden de aprehensión emitida por la juez de control Patricia Sánchez Nava por los delitos de peculado, lavado de dinero, asociación fraudulenta y asociación delictuosa por la contratación para la construcción de 7 cuarteles de la policía de Michoacán que ocasionaron un desfalco de 3 mil 412 millones 164 mil 310 pesos en la entidad durante la administración del exgobernador priista.
En este amparo se le concedió una suspensión provisional y una de las condiciones para mantener vigente la medida era que el exmandatario estatal acudiera al Centro de Justicia para comparecer ante la juez de control que ordenó detenerlo.
Por ello, el Centro de Justicia informó a la juez Noveno de Distrito que, luego de darse por notificado de la existencia de la orden, Aureoles deberá acudir el próximo 20 de agosto a las 10:00 horas a audiencia inicial en la que escuchará la imputación que la FGR tiene en su contra.
Debido a que ya acudió al Centro de Justicia, la suspensión provisional concedida a Aureoles permanecerá vigente, por lo que las autoridades no podrán detenerlo por lo menos hasta que la juez Vargas resuelva si le concede o no la suspensión definitiva, lo que ocurrirá mañana durante la audiencia incidental que tiene programada.
En el caso del desfalco millonario de Michoacán ya fueron vinculados a proceso por los mismos delitos por los que Aureoles es requerido, Carlos Maldonado Mendoza, exsecretario de Finanzas; Mario Delgado Murillo, exdelegado de Finanzas de la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública del Estado de Michoacán; Elizabeth Villegas Pineda, exfuncionaria de Seguridad en el Estado, y Antonio Bernal Bustamante, exsecretario de Seguridad Pública.
