Como parte de su trabajo de campo para obtener información en tiempo real sobre los servicios públicos que el Gobierno Municipal ofrece a la ciudadanía, personal de la Sindicatura, encabezado por la Síndica Olivia Franco, recorrió la colonia La Campesina para conocer de cerca las necesidades de los vecinos y la calidad de los servicios en la zona.
Durante su visita, la Síndica Olivia Franco destacó la importancia de mantener un diálogo constante con los habitantes para identificar y atender las necesidades de la comunidad. “Desde la Sindicatura, nos comprometemos a dar seguimiento a las solicitudes ciudadanas y garantizar que los servicios públicos se mejoren de manera continua. Es fundamental que estemos atentos a las áreas que requieren intervención inmediata”, expresó Olivia Franco.
En esta ocasión, los vecinos de La Campesina manifestaron que en general los servicios están siendo bien atendidos. Sin embargo, hicieron algunas solicitudes específicas: pidieron apoyo para mejorar el servicio de recolección de basura y para tapar un bache generado tras una reparación de fuga de agua en la zona.
La Sindicatura levantó los reportes correspondientes y canalizó las solicitudes a las áreas correspondientes para su pronta atención, con el compromiso de verificar que las necesidades de la comunidad sean atendidas de manera eficiente y oportuna.
Este tipo de visitas forma parte del programa “Sindicatura en tu Colonia”, que tiene como objetivo mantener una comunicación directa con la ciudadanía para mejorar los servicios públicos y promover la participación activa de la población en la gestión municipal.
La Sindicatura continuará con su labor de supervisión para garantizar que los recursos y servicios públicos se destinen correctamente y que la ciudadanía reciba el apoyo que necesita.
