La plataforma de Registro Público Vehicular (Repuve), se encuentra funcionando con normalidad, sin presentar ninguna falla, por lo que la atención a los ciudadanos no se ha detenido, dio a conocer la encargada del despacho de la Coordinación de Atención Ciudadana, María Antonieta Mendoza.
La funcionaria señaló que este martes 24 de septiembre se está atendiendo normalmente a la ciudadanía que estaba citada para hoy, al igual a los que están a la espera de la colocación de su engomado.
“Ayer lunes hubo unas fallas en la plataforma, pero fueron a nivel nacional y ya en este momento se está trabajando de manera regular”, dijo.
Explicó que en el módulo El Punto, ubicado a un costado del Estadio Olímpico Benito Juárez, que atiende el Gobierno Municipal, se recibe a la ciudadanía a partir de las 8:00 de la mañana para concluir a las 3:00 de la tarde, pero las filas se hacen desde las 7:00 para separar los trámites.
“No se ha tenido contratiempo alguno, por lo que exhortamos a la ciudadanía para que este al pendiente de cualquier comunicado que se emita a través del Gobierno Municipal”, indicó.
Resaltó que el decreto concluye con el mandato del Presidente de la República, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, pero hay gente que aún tiene pendiente la colocación de su holograma y no se va a cortar el programa de manera repentina, por lo que va a ver continuidad en apoyo a la ciudadanía.
Mendoza dijo que cualquier duda o aclaración, las personas se pueden acercar a la oficina de Atención Ciudadana ubicada en el primer piso de la Unidad Administrativa “Lic. Benito Juárez” (presidencia municipal).
