El Gobierno Municipal trabajará para traer eventos que fomenten la convivencia social, afirmó el Presidente Cruz Pérez Cuellar, en el marco de la Carrera Deportiva y Espectáculo Aéreo de La Gran Fuerza de México.
Es muy positivo que a la frontera vengan actividades deportivas y espectáculos que presenten algo diferente a la ciudadanía.
“Estamos trabajando en esto, el evento fue patrocinado por el Gobierno Municipal, invitamos al Ejército Mexicano y logramos que trajera a la Fuerza Aérea; queremos seguir impulsando este tipo eventos”, dijo.
Viene también el Desfile de la Ciudad los cuales dejan la zona centro para para llegar a la población en otras áreas de la ciudad.
Este domingo se llevó a cabo la carrera de 5 y 10 kilómetros, la cual tuvo como punto de salida y llegada el Estadio 8 de Diciembre.
Posteriormente fue el espectáculo aéreo donde la comunidad vio el sobrevuelo de los aviones F-5 Tiger, así como la demostración de vuelo de helicóptero y maniobras militares.
También se llevó a cabo la presentación del Grupo Paracaidista Guerreros Águila, quienes descendieron desde ocho mil pies para llegar a la cancha del Estadio.
La comunidad abarrotó el Estadio 8 de diciembre, así como sus calles aledañas, incluso algunas personas vieron el show desde el techo de sus viviendas.
