El Juez de Control del Distrito Judicial Morelos conocedor de la causa penal 5009/2024 consideró suficientes los datos de prueba expuestos por el agente del Ministerio Público para resolver la situación jurídica del imputado, quien es originario de Honduras.
El imputado fue detenido en el término de la flagrancia por elementos de la Policía Municipal por un robo cometido a un local comercial ubicado en Avenida Tecnológico de la colonia Infonavit Vallarta, en la ciudad de Chihuahua,
De acuerdo a la investigación ministerial, el imputado, en compañía de diverso sujeto, ingreso al local comercial y con el uso de un cuchillo amenazó a la cajera y a dos clientes, desapoderándolos de sus celulares y del dinero de la caja registradora.
Hechos por los que enfrentará su situación jurídica bajo la medida cautelar de prisión preventiva.
**De acuerdo con las leyes y normas vigentes, el imputado se presume inocente mientras no se declare su responsabilidad mediante sentencia emitida por la autoridad judicial (artículo 13 del Código Nacional de Procedimientos Penales).
