– El otrora presidente estatal del PRI Chihuahua, declaró lo anterior al rechazar la Ley de Personas Desaparecidas presentada por el Poder Ejecutivo Federal
El Partido Revolucionario Institucional en Chihuahua manifiestó su “firme rechazo” a la iniciativa presentada por el Ejecutivo Federal en materia de desaparición de personas, al considerar que se trata de una simulación legislativa que no responde a las demandas reales de las víctimas ni a sus familias, y que, por el contrario, pone en riesgo los derechos fundamentales de la población.
Durante el periodo extraordinario de sesiones en el Congreso de la Unión, El diputado federal y dieigente Estatal del PRI en Chihuahua, Alejandro Domínguez señaló que “vivimos una crisis en donde el dolor crece en las familias de los desaparecidos, y el Oficialismo guarda silencio”.
Manifestó que con la presente ley de Morena, no se garantiza el derecho a la verdad, a la justicia, a la reparación integral del daño, ni asegura, las garantías de no repetición; pilares fundamentales para combatir las violaciones graves a derechos humanos como la desaparición forzada.
“El oficialismo pretende apropiarse de los datos personales de las y los ciudadanos bajo el pretexto de la seguridad”, advirtió.
“La iniciativa busca convertir la CURP biométrica en un documento de identidad obligatorio y universal, mientras obliga a hospitales, empresas y personas físicas a entregar datos sensibles sin control judicial alguno”, recalcó.
Asimismo el PRI denunció que la propuesta carece de presupuesto suficiente para fortalecer a las fiscalías, policías y comisiones de búsqueda, ignorando las exigencias de los colectivos de familiares que piden una armonización legal conforme a los estándares internacionales, mayores facultades de búsqueda para la Fiscalía y coordinación efectiva entre niveles de gobierno.
“MORENA está usando el dolor de las víctimas para justificar un Estado vigilante y controlador. No les interesa resolver el problema de fondo, solo consolidar un sistema de control sobre la ciudadanía”, afirmó el líder priista en el estado.
Finalmente, y contrario a lo planteado por morena, Domínguez Dominguez, dijo que desde el PRI se promueve con compromiso, una legislación verdaderamente efectiva para prevenir y erradicar la desaparición de personas, para lo cual, se presentaron propuestas concretas que van desde:
-Reconocer el derecho humano a la búsqueda y a buscar.
-Garantizar la personalidad jurídica de las personas desaparecidas y facilitar la declaración de ausencia.
-Elevar a rango constitucional a la Comisión Nacional de Búsqueda.
-Y Crear los delitos de reclutamiento forzado y de administración de centros de reclutamiento.
Mismas que morena rechazó llevar a un parlamento abierto.
