El Instituto Nacional Electoral (INE) en el estado de Chihuahua visitará, del 3 al 9 de marzo, a las personas que tramitaron su Credencial para Votar en su domicilio, así como a sus personas cuidadoras, a fin de entregarles la invitación y la Solicitud Individual de Inscripción a la Lista Nominal de Electores con Voto Anticipado.
La Vocalía de Organización Electoral de la Junta Local Ejecutiva del INE informó que el propósito es garantizar el derecho al voto de la ciudadanía con una imposibilidad para acudir a su casilla, por una limitación física o discapacidad, así como las personas a cargo de su cuidado, quienes podrán participar en la modalidad tipo postal en el domicilio.
Se visitará a quienes tramitaron una Credencial para Votar, entre el 1 de enero de 2018 y el 10 de febrero del 2025, bajo el amparo del artículo 141 de la Ley General de Instituciones y Procedimientos Electorales, que permite a personas con alguna discapacidad realizar este trámite en su domicilio.
Las personas recibirán una solicitud de inscripción prellenada con sus datos personales y validarán que sean correctos para firmar y/o plasmar su huella dactilar, en caso de que decidan participar en la jornada de Voto Anticipado.
Si la persona decide no votar de manera anticipada, deberá hacer la manifestación de no tener interés en participar en las elecciones del Proceso Electoral Extraordinario del Poder Judicial de la Federación.
Del 12 al 21 de mayo, personal de las Juntas Distritales del INE recabará los sufragios de quienes elijan participar mediante la modalidad para la elección de Ministras y Ministros de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación, Magistraturas de las Salas Superior y Regional del Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federación, integrantes del Tribunal de Disciplina Judicial, Magistraturas y personas Juzgadoras de Circuito.
