En el marco de las investigaciones sobre la venta ilegal de predios en el municipio de Nuevo Casas Grandes, la Fiscalía Anticorrupción del Estado de Chihuahua, obtuvo sentencia judicial en contra de Silvia Ivón Hernández Parra, quien en su calidad de Secretaria del Ayuntamiento del Municipio de Nuevo Casas Grandes, enajenó nueve bienes inmuebles que formaban parte del patrimonio del Ayuntamiento. La ahora sentenciada en audiencia ante la juez, aceptó su culpabilidad y responsabilidad penal, se apegó a un procedimiento abreviado y colaboró con información valiosa para el avance de la investigación.
Durante la audiencia celebrada el 11 de noviembre, la Juez de Control dictó una sentencia condenatoria de 3 años de prisión por el delito de peculado agravado, además, de la reparación del daño, misma que ya fue cumplida mediante la restitución de los bienes inmuebles al patrimonio del Ayuntamiento de Nuevo Casas Grandes.
“Nuestro objetivo es sentar precedentes inéditos en el Estado de Chihuahua; que la Corrupción no solo se castiga con cárcel sino, además, se resarce el daño patrimonial a favor de los chihuahuenses. Y eso solo se lograr con rigor técnico en la investigación y profesionalización en el desarrollo de las audiencias judiciales a partir de la tipología del delito” explico el Fiscal Anticorrupción Abelardo Valenzuela Holguín.
La Fiscalía Anticorrupción del Estado de Chihuahua reafirma su compromiso con la defensa del patrimonio público y el combate a la corrupción e impunidad. Esta sentencia representa un paso firme hacia la justicia y sienta un precedente en el esclarecimiento de estos hechos en la vida pública de los municipios, al tiempo que garantiza la devolución de los bienes al municipio afectado y la reparación del daño.
