El presidente colombiano, Gustavo Petro, acusó hoy a su homólogo estadunidense de ser grosero e ignorante con la nación neogranadina y comentó que, a diferencia suya, no se dedica a hacer “business”, en referencia a los negocios del magnate.
El último de los pronunciamientos del jefe de Estado se suma a otros divulgados durante esta jornada contra el inquilino de la Casa Blanca, quien más temprano calificó en su red Truth Social al gobernante sudamericano como un “líder del narcotráfico” y anunció que derogará los subsidios o cualquier pago que Washington le confiere a su nación.
“Señor Trump, jamás Colombia ha sido grosera con Estados Unidos, al contrario, ha querido mucho su cultura. Pero usted es grosero e ignorante con Colombia. Léase, como sí lo hizo, su encargado de negocios en Colombia, Cien Años de Soledad, y le aseguró que algo aprenderá de la soledad”, le espetó el mandatario colombiano.
A continuación, comentó que él no hace “business”, sino que es un socialista y cree en la ayuda y el bien común, cuando el mayor de todos ellos, la vida, está “puesta en peligro por su petróleo”.
Remarcó que si no es un negociante, mucho menos un narcotraficante, porque en su corazón no hay codicias.
“Nunca pude entenderme con la codicia. Un mafioso es un ser humano que condensa lo mejor del capitalismo: la codicia, y yo soy lo contrario, un amante de la vida y por tanto un guerrero milenario de la vida. La codicia nos huye, porque la vida es más poderosa”, concluyó.
