El Presidente Municipal, Cruz Pérez Cuéllar, encabezó este día la reunión de la Mesa de Coordinación para la Construcción de la Paz, donde se presentaron los resultados más recientes de las corporaciones y dependencias de los tres órdenes de Gobierno.
Durante este encuentro, el secretario de Seguridad Pública Municipal, César Omar Muñoz Morales, presentó los resultados de la labor efectuada por la policía municipal en la última semana.
Sobre ello, se detuvo a 136 personas por delitos del fuero común, 10 del federal y se cumplimentaron 43 órdenes de aprehensión, además del aseguramiento de nueve armas cortas, 69 cartuchos y 10 cargadores.
En lo que se refiere a vehículos, fueron aseguradas 15 unidades con reporte de robo, así como 15 automóviles por usarse en la comisión de actos ilícitos.
La dependencia informó que detuvo a 33 personas por delitos contra la salud y el aseguramiento de 152 dosis de droga.
El director general de Protección Civil, Sergio Rodríguez, informó que durante la última semana el Departamento de Bomberos reportó 254 intervenciones, entre ellas 48 incendios, una explosión, cuatro accidentes vehiculares y 3 fugas de gas.
En tanto que el Departamento de Rescate dio 122 servicios, entre ellos a personas enfermas, cinco defunciones y diversos apoyos.
El director general de la Coordinación de Seguridad Vial, Jesús Manuel García Reyes, dio a conocer que las faltas que más cometen los ciudadanos son el no respetar la luz roja de los semáforos, así como manejar a exceso de velocidad, no respetar el alto gráfico, usar el teléfono celular mientras se conduce y no respetar las líneas de los puentes internacionales.
Se atendieron 88 accidentes viales, de los cuales 86 fueron colisiones vehiculares y dos atropellos, con saldo de 23 personas lesionadas y tres decesos.
La directora general del Instituto Municipal de las Mujeres (IMM), Elvira Urrutia Castro, informó que en lo que va del año han atendido a mil 74 mujeres víctimas de violencia.
El rango de edad más afectado corresponde a mujeres de 30 a 40 años, seguido por el grupo de 18 a 29 años.
El director del Sistema de Justicia Cívica Municipal, Jorge Salomé Bissuet Galarza, informó que en la última semana se celebraron 209 audiencias ante el Juzgado Cívico.
En esta reunión se contó con personal dependencias estatales, la Secretaría de la Defensa Nacional y la Guardia Nacional, así como la Comisión Estatal de Derechos Humanos.
