Arturo Medina, coordinador de los diputados del PRI en el Congreso del Estado de Chihuahua, señaló que analizan el Paquete Económico 2026 con responsabilidad y escuchando expresiones de los chihuahuenses.
El coordinador legislativo dijo que es prematuro hacer una calificación general de la propuesta, pues esta exige un análisis técnico, profundo.
Medina acotó que el PRI, en particular, tiene temas importantes en su agenda que cuidarán en el proceso de análisis, discusión y consensos del Paquete Económico, planteando como prioridad la inversión para la productividad del campo, las vías de comunicación en el medio rural, la ampliación de los servicios de salud en regiones geográficamente alejadas y el mantenimiento de las carreteras estatales.
Además, puntualizó que buscarán fortalecer áreas como vivienda y servicios básicos para comunidades indígenas, la inversión en infraestructura para el turismo y la seguridad, especialmente en los rubros de prevención e inteligencia.
Respecto al incremento al Impuesto Sobre la Nómina, señaló que, aunque se trata de una medida temporal, se debe escuchar al empresariado para analizar el tema desde la perspectiva del sector al que impactará directamente.
“Creo que el Congreso de Chihuahua tiene una dinámica distinta a la que se vive en el Congreso de la Unión; aquí siempre hemos privilegiado el diálogo, hay ciertos temas en los que la unilateralidad no es opción”, añadió.
Finalmente, llamó a todas las fuerzas políticas representadas en el Congreso a colocar a los chihuahuenses al centro de esta discusión y a mantener una conversación abierta y propositiva.
