La diputada María Antonieta Pérez Reyes (Morena) compartió que la Comisión de Gobernación del Cabildo de Ciudad Juárez revisará la propuesta que ella elaboró, para sancionar a las personas guiadoras que no respetan los turnos en las filas para los cruces fronterizos, en la sesión d e este viernes 22.
El objetivo es modificar el Reglamento de Vialidad del Ayuntamiento, al incluir como una falta, el que las y los automovilistas se “metan” en la línea en los puentes internacionales, en lugar de hacer la fila correspondiente.
Lo anterior, como resultado de la reunión que sostuvo la diputada con el regidor coordinador de la Comisión, Antonio Domínguez Alderete, quien le manifestó su total apoyo para el exhorto que el Congreso del Estado envió votado por unanimidad, sobre el tema.
“Este viernes 22 de noviembre es un día importante para los juarenses, ya que la Comisión de Gobernación del Cabildo sesionará para analizar el exhorto”, dijo.
María Antonieta Pérez expuso que diariamente, casi 30 mil vehículos, cruzan a la vecina ciudad norteamericana de El Paso, Texas, a través de los puentes internacionales, lo que refleja “el gran problema que generan los que cada hora invaden las líneas”.
Recordó que esas acciones generan “escenas de violencia entre los usuarios de los puentes”, por lo que la modificación al Reglamento dará facilidad y sustento jurídico sólido, a los agentes de tránsito, para poder seguir poniendo orden en este problema que por décadas se han visto.
“Después de haber intercambiado opiniones al respecto con el alcalde Cruz Pérez Cuéllar, el secretario del Ayuntamiento, Héctor Ortiz Orpinel, el secretario de Seguridad Pública, César Omar Muñoz, y el coordinador de Vialidad, César Tapia Martínez, y haber recibido el apoyo al exhorto, esperamos contar con la votación a favor de este proyecto de los regidores integrantes de la Comisión de Gobernación”, dijo.
Estas son las principales modificaciones al artículo 88 del Reglamento de Vialidad aprobadas por el Congreso del Estado:
Fracción XXVII. – “Si un automovilista se mete de manera indebida en las líneas de cruce de los puentes internacionales sin haber tomado su turno, se considera una infracción que se sancionará con el decomiso de su vehículo y una sanción de 20 SMG vigente ($4,978.60) para la recuperación de su automóvil más los gastos de traslado y hospedaje”.
Fracción XXXIX .- “A las personas que para obtener un lucro indebido se interpongan entre algún vehículo formado en la línea de los puentes internacionales para que otro automovilista pueda entrar sin haber tomado éste su turno en la misma, será sancionado con hasta 24 horas de cárcel o detención administrativa”.
