La Secretaría de Cultura invita a la octava edición del Festival de Arte Nuevo (FAN), que se desarrollará del 2 de septiembre al 4 de octubre con más de 50 actividades y la participación de 70 artistas estatales, nacionales e internacionales.
Bajo el lema “Habitar”, el FAN busca activar los diferentes espacios culturales con que cuentan los municipios de Parral, Santa Bárbara, Chihuahua, Delicias, Juárez, Guadalupe, Guerrero, Bocoyna y Cuauhtémoc
Se desarrollarán talleres, charlas, conferencias, exposiciones y presentaciones artísticas, para dar a conocer el emprendimiento y el talento de la comunidad cultural.
La presentación del programa fue encabezada por la Alejandra Enríquez, secretaria de Cultura; Mariana Reyes, directora general de Desarrollo Cultural y Kevin Nájera, jefe del Departamento de Innovación Cultural e Industrias Creativas.
Enríquez, destacó la importancia del FAN y el impacto que tiene en beneficio de la comunidad artística y cultural, como una herramienta que posiciona y valoriza el proceso creativo.
“Este Festival pone valor a las partes del proceso creativo y que normalmente no conocemos, solo presenciamos el producto final. El FAN enaltece a la creatividad artística y le da su espacio de entendimiento y diálogo y en esta edición que tiene por lema “Habitar”, invita a reflexionar quiénes somos desde nuestra comunidad”, agregó.
La secretaria de Cultura dijo que uno de los puntos principales para la actual administración, es la descentralización de la cultura, por lo que, en esta edición, se realizó un esfuerzo por llevar al FAN a nueve municipios del estado.
Del 2 al 6 de septiembre el FAN se presentará en Hidalgo del Parral, en la Casa Botello y en Santa Bárbara estará en la Casa Grande; del 17 al 20 estará en Delicias, con actividades en el Museo del Desierto Chihuahuense.
Del 26 al 28 el FAN llegará al Centro Cultural Paso del Norte de Ciudad Juárez y en Guadalupe, en el Foro independiente de OKUVAJ.
Para finalizar, del 30 de septiembre al 4 de octubre, tendrá actividades en los municipios de Cuauhtémoc, Bocoyna y Guerrero.
En ocho años, el FAN se ha consolidado como un espacio para para la exploración y expresión de propuestas artísticas contemporáneas, que da voz a creadores emergentes y establecidos, tanto locales como nacionales e internacionales.
De esta manera se reafirma la importancia que tiene el arte, como un pilar del desarrollo social y cultural en Chihuahua
