El Consejo General del Instituto Nacional Electoral (INE), aprobó la Estrategia de Capacitación y Asistencia Electoral para el Proceso Electoral Extraordinario del Poder Judicial de la Federación (ECAE PEEPJF) 2024-2025.
La Estrategia tiene como objetivo establecer los criterios y procedimientos para integrar las Mesas Directivas de Casilla Seccionales, capacitar a las y los ciudadanos que las integrarán y las actividades relacionadas con la Asistencia Electoral.
Además, traza la ruta para que, los órganos centrales, delegacionales y subdelegacionales del INE, así como los Organismos Públicos Locales (OPL) de las entidades que celebrarán elecciones del Poder Judicial del ámbito local, transiten de manera coordinada con el fin de garantizar el derecho de la ciudadanía a elegir de manera libre e informada.
Así, la ECAE se convierte en un plan de acción efectivo que tutela que las acciones contempladas en ésta se efectúen conforme al mandato constitucional y legal para que se cuente con ciudadanas y ciudadanos seleccionados de manera imparcial, con los conocimientos necesarios para desempeñarse como funcionarias y funcionarios de Mesas Directivas de Casilla Seccionales, instalen la casilla el día de la Jornada Electoral que permita el ejercicio del derecho al voto y que éste se cuente con certeza.
El INE cuenta con los procedimientos, experiencia y la madurez institucional para enfrentar los cambios actuales a través de la estandarización de procesos en materia de capacitación electoral, la concentración en procesos fundamentales, la utilización de las nuevas herramientas informáticas, el perfeccionamiento de los canales de comunicación y los documentos normativos que definen las directrices a seguir.
Todo ello, permitirá el alcance de los objetivos mediante tres mil 121 personas Supervisoras Electorales y 18 mil 568 Capacitadoras Asistentes Electorales que recorrerán todo el territorio nacional en busca de las y los ciudadanos para invitarlos a participar como funcionarias y funcionarios de casilla en este ejercicio democrático tan transcendente para el país.
