Chihuahua, Chih. A 23 de octubre de 2024.- Durante la sesión ordinaria de Cabildo, las y los regidores del Ayuntamiento de Chihuahua, aprobaron por unanimidad, la actualización de las Tablas de Valores Unitarios de Suelo y Construcción, para dar cumplimiento a lo que marca la Ley de Catastro y el Código Municipal para el estado.
El regidor Luis Villegas, presidente de la Comisión de Hacienda y Planeación, puntualizó que esta actualización de los valores unitarios de suelo y construcción para el ejercicio 2025, se hace tomando en cuenta la inflación del 4.53 por ciento, proyectada por el Índice Nacional de Precios del Consumidor (INPC).
Además, para la actualización de estas tablas de valores, fueron sustentadas en una revisión exhaustiva de marco legal para dar una seguridad jurídica al valor de las propiedades de los ciudadanos, también se contó con la colaboración de las y los peritos valuadores y catastrales.
Los regidores por también votaron la autorización para incorporar los 14 nuevos fraccionamientos y nueve condominios habitacionales, mismos que fueron enunciados en el dictamen, y se remite al Congreso del Estado para su autorización y publicación.
Los regidores también fue votado por unanimidad, declarar Recinto Oficial el Salón de Usos Múltiples de la Sección Municipal de El Sauz, para celebrar el próximo 13 de noviembre la siguiente Sesión Ordinaria del Ayuntamiento.
