Omar García Harfuch, secretario de Seguridad y Protección Ciudadana (SSPC), dejó en claro que la estrategia de seguridad implementada por el Gobierno de Claudia Sheinbaum está dando resultados.
Lo anterior fue detallado por el funcionario federal previo a la reunión que sostuvo con integrantes de la Junta de Coordinación Política (Jucopo) del Senado de la República.
García Harfuch afirmó que en este primer trimestre se han registrados la menor cantidad de homicidios en el país desde el 2018.
“El hecho de que haya resultados no quiere decir que esté resuelto. El trabajo es muy medible”, puntualizó.
Este es el primer trimestre más bajo desde el 2018 en homicidios. Si tenemos menos homicidios en este mes que los anteriores, pues obviamente es que se están dando resultados”, declaró.
